March Fullness

March is a special month.  A blog-worthy month.  Full of basketball madness and life fullness.  There have been memorable days, official change of seasons (on the calendar), but a winter chill in the air that hasn't quite gotten the memo.  The demands of life seem so great some days, but the simplest moments (captured in a few photos below) help put things in perspective and make life so meaningFULL.  Thanks for the memories, March.

My little sweet pea.  Such a happy guy after his bath!  J.R. makes me feel like a rock star these days.  He smiles, laughs, and coos at everything I say.  I could eat him up!

"What does the fox say?"  I couldn't resist!  Thanks to Aunt Sheri for these adorable fox shirts!  This photo shoot was followed by copious amounts of spit-up on J.R.'s fox shirt...and the couch!  Ick.  Note to self: a plastic covering on the couch isn't such a bad idea.

Nobody's pinching this crew on St. Patrick's Day!  Thankful to spend the day (and week) with our very own "St. Patti" during Spring Break!

First bites of baby cereal were taken like a pro!

March 19, 2014: Baby boy is 6 months old!  Stats: 18 lbs and 28 inches.  It has been a completely different experience to have a baby ON the growth chart at well visits.

March 20, 2014: Baby girl (now "big" girl) sitting in her old car seat as she did on March 20, 2009, the day we brought her home from the NICU.  First day of spring.  First day home.  The first of many firsts for our family.
